Registration for the AEA Conference 2023 is now open. Below is an outline of registration types and costs. ​

In 2023, AEA Conference is of a Hybrid format, this means that you have the option of attending the Conference in person in Melbourne or online via the Virtual Event Portal.

Virtual Registration Inclusions

 

Your registration includes:

  • Access to all live plenaries;

  • Access to on-demand presentations concurrent sessions;

  • Access to the portal for 3 months after conference concludes;

  • Access to the Virtual Exhibition Hall;

  • Downloadable content including program, abstract book and handouts;

  • Q&A sessions with Keynote Speakers.​

Virtual delegates will also get access to the content on demand for 3 months following the Conference, with access closing Monday 22 January 2024. 


Please note:​

  • All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.

  • If you are registering as a full-time student, you will be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • You must be a member of the Australasian Epidemiological Association of Australia to register under the AEA Member type.

  • Registrations cannot be shared. 

GROUP REGISTRATION

Organisations are able to arrange group bookings and invoices. 
This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple registrations. ​
